What This Test Measures

Measures all circulating estrogens (E1+E2+E3); used in menopause and hormone replacement monitoring.

Preparation

No fasting required
Draw at a consistent point in your cycle if cycling (typically Day 3 for baseline, or Day 21 for luteal phase progesterone). If on BHRT injections, draw at trough (just before next injection). Results vary significantly by time in cycle.
